The tensions that began after Israel's attack on Iran pose a serious risk to regional security, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during a phone conversation with Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said.
He noted that it is significant the attacks occurred on the eve of the sixth round of nuclear agreement talks. Erdogan emphasized that the only way to resolve the issue is through negotiations.
The Turkish leader also added that recent events should not distract attention from the situation in Gaza.
