Erdogan, Putin talk over phone about Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.
According to Kremlin, the two leaders discussed the situation in Syria and Libya.
