Erdogan postpones upcoming visit to Jordan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Jordan, scheduled for April 11, 2022, has been postponed, Report informs via Anadolu Agency.

According to the Turkish President's press service, the reason for the postponement was the deterioration of the health of King Abdullah II of Jordan.

Abdullah II will travel to Germany on April 10 for a medical examination, the king's press service said.

The examination will take place in a private clinic in Frankfurt.

According to the media reports, the king suffers from a herniated disc and may undergo surgery.
