Employees of two Armenian ministries going on strike

Baku. 21 December. REPORT.AZ/ Employees of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia went on strike from today, Report informs citing Armenian media.

It is noted that the staff of the Ministry of Diaspora of Armenia joined the strike of representatives of the Ministry of Culture. Together they protest against the liquidation of their departments. The protest takes place outside the government buildings.

"From today, we are going on strike. If Mr. Prime Minister does not want to come to our meeting, then we can go visit him ourselves," the participants of the action said.

Earlier, it was reported that as a result of the reform of the government structure in Armenia, the number of ministries will be 12 not 17.
