Death toll in Irkutsk flood climbs to 23

Rescuers in the Irkutsk region found the body of another victim of the flood, Report informs citing the Interfax.

The overall number of those who died [in the flood] is twenty-three. Two more missing persons were found alive. Eight more people are still missing.”

Notably, a spokesperson for the regional branch of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed information on 23 dead and eight missing people searched by rescuers.
