Death toll from blast in Kazakhstan arms depot rises to 15

The death toll from multiple explosions in an arms depot in Jambyl province of Kazakhstan has risen to 15, said the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Mourning was declared on August 29 in connection with the blast at a military unit's depot.
