US Ambassador summoned to Turkish FM

US Ambassador to Turkey David Satterfield was summoned to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Report informs citing TASS.
It is noted that the call of the American diplomat is connected with the resolution adopted by the Senate of the US Congress on the so-called "Armenian genocide".
Earlier, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said that such a resolution of the US Senate is an attempt to undermine efforts to develop relations between Ankara and Washington.
