"We consider that the political opportunities for resolving the border dispute between Armenia and Azerbaijan have not been exhausted," Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas said.
Report informs, citing Armenpress, that the activity within the Azerbaijan-Russia-Armenia format is essential for resolving the issue.
Zas noted that the CSTO keeps the situation in its spotlight and holds monitoring on the border together with the state structures of Armenia.
He said the border clashes hinder security and complicate implementation of the agreement reached between the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia.
