Crimea declares three-day mourning over terrorist attack

Baku. 17 October. REPORT.AZ/ A three-day mourning has been announced in Crimea over the terrorist attack in Kerch.
Report informs citing RT that the mourning may last from 18 to 21 October.
An explosion hit a technical college in Kerch on October 17. By preliminary version, 13 people died and more than 40 were wounded as a result.
Spokesman for the Russian President Dmitriy Peskov said the version of the terrorist attack is considered.
