COVID-19 death toll increases in Moldova

The number of people died from coronavirus in Moldova has reached 33, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
A 70-year-old man has died from the virus.
It was reported that earlier, 1,662 people were infected with COVID-19, 32 people died from the virus.
On March 17, the country declared a state of emergency for 60 days.
The number of confirmed cases globally has so far reached 1,854,171. 427,895 of those recovered, while 114,291 died.
On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, the organization declared it a pandemic.
