Coronavirus death toll reaches 1,443 in Iran

Not only the number of people infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) but also the death toll keeps rising.
As many as 149 people became victims of the COVID-19 in the past 24 hours in Iran, the country’s Deputy Health Minister Alireza Raisi said, Report informs via Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA),
Thus, the number of deaths from coronavirus has now reached 1,443 people in Iran, Alireza Raisi said.
The deputy minister noted that 1,237 people contracted the virus during the last day, and thus, the number of total cases recorded in the country increased to 19,644 people.
Alireza Raisi added that 6,745 people have recovered and have already been discharged from hospitals.
