Cavusoglu comments on Abramovich’s role in Ukraine-Russia talks 

“Of course, formal meetings, especially on paper, are important. There are certain open channels between leaders and countries. In this regard, Roman Abramovich has a useful role. The existence of official and unofficial channels is normal,” minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye Mevlut Cavusoglu told Ahaber TV channel.

“Abramovich is sincerely working to end the war. He is not on the list of the EU or US sanctions. Yes, the UK has made some decisions regarding its properties, but he is not on the sanctions list,” Cavusoglu said.
