Binali Yıldırım: “The chairman will be chosen by the Central Election Commission"

"The one who gets a mandate from the Central Election Commission will be the municipality chairman," Justice and Development Party (AKP) candidate for the Presidency of Istanbul City Council Binali Yıldırım said.
"Ballot papers for Istanbul are being counted. The chairman will be chosen by CEC. We know how to congratulate”, Binali Yıldırım said.
