Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed upcoming high-level contacts and the activities of the trilateral working group on unblocking economic and transport links in Nagorno-Karabakh by phone on April 27,
“The foreign ministries discussed topical issues of bilateral relations, including upcoming high-level contacts. An exchange of views was held on the implementation of the agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia dated November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, including the activities of a trilateral working group co-chaired by the vice-prime ministers of the three countries to unblock economic and transport ties in the region,” the Russian ministry said in a statement.
