The scandal about the activity of the Armenian Civil Aviation Committee is escalating, Report informs, citing Joxovurd newspaper.
It is noted that the Commission of Europe has decided to ban the Armenian plans to fly over the EU countries for 2.5 years.
On June 3, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan instructed the officials of the Aviation to prepare a new road map until November 2022 to get out of the situation.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has launched criminal cases against two officials of the Civil Aviation Committee.
One of those officials has acted against the interests of the Committee.
On June 2, planes of Armenian airlines were banned from flying over the EU countries.
