Armenia to initiate signature collection for EU membership

Starting from September 16, an initiative group led by Armenia's former Minister of Justice and co-founder of the pro-Western Republic party, Artak Zeynalyan, will commence collecting signatures on the issue of Armenia's accession to the European Union.
Report informs via Armenian media that the Central Election Commission of Armenia has granted the necessary permission for this endeavor. The deadline for collecting signatures is set for November 14.
