Armenia's foreign, defense ministers do not join session in Dushanbe

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend a meeting of the Council of Foreign and Defense Ministers and the Secretaries of the Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
"The minister will be visiting Dushanbe on September 16. He will take part in the CSTO activities and hold several meetings," the Press Secretary of the Armenian Foreign Minister Vahan Unanyan told Aysor, Report informs.
According to the information, the reason for the postponement of Ararat Mirzoyan's visit was the plane malfunction.
Armenian Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan did not arrive in Dushanbe for the meeting, reportedly due to his mother's death.
