Armenia is to form a composition of the Commission to work on a new text of the Constitution, Report says, citing Armenian media.
According to Zhamanak, the Commission is established on the initiative of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
"Many are confident that the Commission will present a draft Constitution stipulating for Armenia's transition to a presidential form of governance. It is difficult to predict whether or not the administrative system will change. But these changes will resolve existing problems regarding the Constitutional Court," the article says.
