Four Georgian TV channels, Pirveli, Mtavari Arkhi, Formula and Kavkasia, have stopped broadcasting for 24 hours, Report's Georgian Service informs.
On a black background, they list 53 journalists and camera operators injured during the anti-LGBT rally in Tbilisi on July 5.
The Georgian TVs demand the resignation of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and the punishment of all those who are in any way linked to the use of violence.
One of the operators, a camera operator of the Pirveli TV channel, Lekso Lashkarava, who was beaten during the rally, died on July 11. The situation in Georgia escalated after Lashkarava's death.
