25 foreigners deported from Georgia after participating in protest actions in Tbilisi

The Migration Department has expelled 25 foreign citizens from Georgia for participation in protest actions against government policies in Tbilisi during November-December 2024.

According to Report, citing Interfax, this was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

Report informs, citing the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, that as part of the deportation procedure, some of the expelled foreign citizens voluntarily left Georgia, while others were forcibly deported.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 430 foreign citizens were deported from Georgia in 2024.
