Zelenskyy appoints Anton Kovalskyi as Ukraine's acting prosecutor general

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Anton Kovalskyi as acting Prosecutor General of Ukraine, according to a presidential decree, Report informs.

"To assign Anton Anatoliyovych Kovalskyi to perform the duties of the Prosecutor General," the decree published on Zelensky's website states.

Kovalskyi has headed the Khmelnytskyi Regional Prosecutor's Office since July 2025.

Earlier, President Zelensky dismissed Ruslan Kravchenko from the position of Prosecutor General.
