Xi Jinping calls for global cooperation on terrorism, climate change

China’s President Xi Jinping on October 25 called for more global cooperation on problems including terrorism, climate change and cyber security, in a speech commemorating the 50th anniversary of China’s return to the United Nations, Report informs referring to Reuters.
He said that China opposes unilateralism, protectionism and zero-sum games.
He added that regional disputes, as well as such global issues as terrorism, climate change, cybersecurity, biological security and others, can only be resolved through the formation of inclusive global governance and effective multilateral mechanisms, as well as more active interregional cooperation, CCTV reported.
