World coronavirus death toll exceeds 70,000

The number of coronavirus victims globally has reached 70,182.
Report says, Italy (15,887), Spain (13,055), US (9,267), France (8,078) and UK (4,934) have the highest number of coronavirus deaths globally.
The number of recorded cases globally has so far is close to 1,300,000.
Notably, the coronavirus infection began to spread in December last year in the Chinese city of Wuhan, 208 countries and regions have reported the recorded cases .
The World Health Organization (WHO) named the infection COVID-19 on February 11. On March 11, the the organization declared the outbreak of a new coronavirus a pandemic.
