Baku. 11 October. REPORT.AZ/ Russian President Vladimir Putin has refused to visit France.
Report informs referring to the Reuters citing a source in French Presidential Administration.
Notably, a while ago, French president Francois Hollande called into question the usefulness of the meeting with Putin.
Meeting of Russian and French presidents was scheduled for October 19 in Paris.
