Vietnam reports first case of human infection with monkeypox

A first case of human infection with monkeypox has been recorded in Vietnam, the heath department of Ho Chi Minh, the city where the infection was detected, said on Monday, Report informs, citing TASS.

The first case of monkeypox was detected owing to the clear control in the city, the department said, adding that the healthcare sector continues to control the situation with the spread of the disease.
