US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrives in Kabul

The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Kabul hours after US President Joe Biden announced the full withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, Report informs referring to TOLO News.
He is expected to meet with President Ghani and other Afghan leaders and discuss the troop withdrawal and peace talks, according to the sources.
Blinken was previously in Brussels and discussed the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan with NATO allies.
After the meeting, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance has decided to start the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan by May 1.
