US, Mexican Presidents hold phone talk

US President Joseph Biden had a telephone conversation with his Mexican counterpart Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Report informs, citing the White House website.
During the talks, the sides touched upon cooperation in the fight against coronavirus. The heads of state also discussed climate issues and economic cooperation.
The United States and Mexico leaders expressed interest in developing relations based on the closeness and mutual respect between the two countries.
The presidents also discussed border interaction.
Earlier, the US President said that he intends to discuss with Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador the issue of sending American vaccines to this country.
