Unknown explosive blasted in center of Kiev

Baku. 11 April. REPORT.AZ/ Explosion took place this night at Vladimir street 4 in the center of Kiev, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.
Sound waves of blast shattered windows of restaurant and bank located at first floor of nearby building. Automobiles parked around place of incident were also left without glasses.
Security forces work at place of explosion. No human casualties have been reported.
