UN to make vaccination mandatory for its staff

The UN will make vaccination mandatory for the staff at its headquarters in New York, Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General Stéphane Dujarric said at a press conference, Report informs.
He said the organization would make a statement about this within 48 hours.
The new 76th session of the UN General Assembly will begin in September. A special action plan is being developed for the opening of the new UN session on protection against the spread of coronavirus in New York.
