UN Security Council to discuss situation in Afghanistan

A meeting of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on Afghanistan will be held on August 16, Report informs, citing TASS.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will deliver a report on the situation in Afghanistan.
Notably, Taliban militants have taken control of all of Afghanistan and entered Kabul without a fight. They have seized government buildings abandoned by government forces.
