Since the beginning of the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, 63 UN employees have been killed, reads a statement by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), Report informs referring to Russian media.
Ten UNRWA staff members have been killed in the past 72 hours, bringing the total death toll since October 7 to 63, the agency said.
At least 22 employees were also injured.
