Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, said on his Telegram channel that Kyiv had signed contracts to purchase drones, including reconnaissance drones, multi-copters, and systems for kamikaze strike drones for Ukrainian troops.

Report informs, citing Interfax-Ukraine, that, according to him, the total value of transactions amounted to 260.5 million hryvnias, that is, $7.1 million.

"These are 78 Matrice multi-copters equipped with artificial intelligence technology. Also, these are two ground systems for 20 Warmate kamikaze strike drones, which were acquired thanks to the Monobank initiative," the Ukrainian official wrote.

Fedorov also spoke about purchasing "the best reconnaissance drone in the world."

"Well, the superstar of the purchase is 20 Fly Eye," he said.

The armed forces of Ukraine earlier received British-made L119 towed howitzers of 105 mm caliber. The howitzers were allegedly delivered to the combat zone.
