Ukraine detains Russian tanker over Kerch Strait incident

Ukraine’s security service has detained the Russian tanker Neyma for seizing Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait, Report informs citing the RIA Novosti.
The security service is currently preparing a petition for the arrest.
