Two people died as a helicopter crashed in the city of Durban in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in the South African Republic, according to Eyewitness News.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that the helicopter crashed onto one of the islands in the Umgeni river this morning. The rescuers and investigators from the Civil Aviation Department are at the site.
TimesLive reports that the pilot and the second pilot have died in what is believed to be a bird strike.
