Two explosions occur in Jerusalem killing one, injuring many more

At least one has been killed in the explosions in Jerusalem, Report informs via Israeli media.

The second explosion of the day occurred in Jerusalem, not far from the first site.

Report informs citing the Jerusalem Post that at least 18 people were injured. Two of the victims are in critical condition.

Local police said that according to preliminary data, an explosive device left at the bus stop in a bag could have been set off.

The explosion occurred in a scooter parked at the bus stop. Shortly thereafter, there were reports of another explosion at the Ramot Junction in Jerusalem.

An explosion has hit a bus stop close to the entrance to Jerusalem on November 23 morning, Report informs referring to The Times of Israel.

The Magen David Adom emergency service said there were seven people injured, two of them seriously.

First reports of the blast came in shortly after 7 a.m. local time, peak commuter hour.

The injured were taken to a number of hospitals and medical centers in the area.

According to the Kan public broadcaster, the explosion was at a bus stop and it was thought an explosive device had been left in a bag.

Security services were sweeping the area in an attempt to find any suspects connected to the explosion.
