Turkish, Ukrainian defense ministers talk over phone

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
The sides exchanged views on ensuring a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Akar stressed the importance of Russia-Ukraine talks, as well as a ceasefire.
He assured that Turkiye's humanitarian assistance to Ukraine would continue.
