Baku. 11 May. REPORT.AZ/ Turkish cargo ship was fired near the coast of Libya.
Report informs citing Reuters, according to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, the assistant to the captain was killed and several crew members injured.
The Turkish ship was attacked when it was close to the Libyan port of Tobruk, both from land and from the air.
Other details of the incident have not been revealed.
