Russian tankers under sanctions, which transported more than 2 million barrels of oil, are idle in China's eastern waters after being hit by US sanctions, Report informs via Bloomberg.

There are three tankers in the area.

"The vessel Huihai Pacific was supposed to arrive in Dongjiakou in Shandong province on January 15 after loading nearly 770,000 barrels of ESPO crude oil from Russia's Pacific port of Kozmino at the beginning of the month," reads the article.
