Taliban vow to solve problems through dialogue

The Taliban grouping that seized power in Afghanistan said they wouldn't create opportunities for the civil war in the country, the movement's spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said, Report informs.
"We will resolve all emerging problems through dialogue. We won't allow a civil war in Afghanistan," he said.
