Taliban seize military base in North-West Afghanistan

Baku. 14 August. REPORT.AZ/ At least 17 soldiers were killed in an attack by militants of the radical movement Taliban in military base in Northwest Afghanistan.

Report informs citing the TASS, the incident occurred this night in the province of Faryab. As a result of attack the militants managed to occupy the base Chenayeeha.

It is noted that another 12 soldiers were injured.
