The Taliban, who came to power in Afghanistan, has announced that the new government may be formed, spokesman for the group, Zabiullah Mujahid, said Monday.
"The final decision has been made. We will announce a new government once the technical issues are resolved. The new government may be temporary. There will be an Islamic constitution that will meet the problems of the country and the people," he said.
According to Mujahid, the people of Panjshir have the same rights as other citizens of Afghanistan.
