Taliban blocks road to Kabul airport

The Taliban has hindered access to Hamid Karzai International Airport, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said at a news conference in Kabul.
"We have closed the road to the airport, and only foreign citizens are allowed there," he noted.
According to Mujahid, evacuation will be banned after August 31.
