Baku. 1 January. REPORT.AZ/ At least 20 Afghan police members were killed, after a group of Taliban attacked security outposts in Sayyad district and on the outskirts of Sar-e-Pul city on Monday night, Report informs citing the RIA Novosti, local officials said on Tuesday.
Sar-e-Pul Governor Abdulqadir Ashna said more than 23 Afghan forces personnel were wounded in the clashes.
He said the Taliban attacked parts of Sayyad district and Qashqari village on the outskirts of Sar-e-Pul city.
