Taliban attack kills 13 soldiers in Afghanistan

At least 13 members of the Afghan security forces were killed and five were injured in an attack by militants of the radical Taliban movement on a military base, reports Tolo News.

The attack occurred last night in Kunduz province in northeastern Afghanistan.

The death of two American soldiers in a crash in Afghanistan was reported earlier.
