Strong explosion in Belgium, casualties reported

Baku. 14 September. REPORT.AZ/ A strong explosion has occurred in Belgium.
Report informs citing RIA Novosti that the incident was recorded at the waste disposal plant locating close to a port in Antwerpen. One man was killed and four injured as a result.
Reports say that the explosion was caused by a strong fire.
