Special committee of Latvian parliament rejects resolution recognizing ‘Armenian genocide’

A special committee of the Latvian parliament has rejected the resolution recognizing the so-called ‘Armenian genocide,’ Report informs referring to foreign media.
During the voting, out of nine members of the special committee, one voted against the resolution, and four abstained.
As a result, the document was not accepted.
