Singapore vaccinates 80% of population against COVID-19

Singapore has fully inoculated 80% of its 5.7 million people against COVID-19, Health Minister Ong Ye Kung said in a Facebook post on Sunday, Report informs, citing Interfax.
The Director-General of the World Health Organisation, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said that the common goal must be to vaccinate 70% of the population of each country against COVID by the middle of next year.
