Baku. 13 September. REPORT.AZ/ A former speaker of Singapore parliament, Halimah Yacob, was set to become the city-state’s first woman president after other candidates did not qualify for the contest.

63-year-old H. Jacob is also the first president elected from the Malay community for 47 years.
