"There is information about the situation in the Panjshir province of Afghanistan. Forces of Afghanistan's First Vice President Amirullah Saleh and Ahmad Massoud have gathered there. When the civil war spread throughout Afghanistan, we called for a nationwide dialogue with the participation of all forces. We now call on the parties to hold a nationwide dialogue with the participation of all ethnoreligious forces, which will allow the formation of a government and a representative government in the country," Lavrov said.
