S. Korean Foreign Ministry summons Russian envoy due to agreement with DPRK

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea has summoned Russian Ambassador in Seoul, Georgy Zinoviev, and expressed protest in connection with the conclusion of an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and the DPRK, according to Yonhap, Report informs referring to TASS.
